Dark circles under eyes

Dark circles under the lower eyelids are common amongst men and women. These dark circles make you look older and are difficult to get rid of.

While fatigue is the most common explanation for this condition, there are a number of factors responsible for dark circles. Dark circles are usually caused by an accumulation of toxins, stress, allergies, sleeplessness, fatigue, increased screen time and sun exposure which can cause blood capillaries around the eyes to stretch and leak, leaving dark blemishes around the eyes.

The skin around our eyes is thinner as compared to other parts of the body. The veins are much closer to the skin’s surface. Anything which causes swelling of the blood vessels under the eye’s sensitive skin result in dark circles.
